and living room on the main level. The lower level has a bonus room with sleeper sofa and of course Cable TV on both levels. Now has WiFi! The master bedroom in the upper level has a King Bed. The guest bedrooms have a queen and twins. The back of the house has a covered rocking chair porch and gas grill. Everything you will need to make this an exceptional vacation is provided with the exception of you, food and of course, your golf clubs. Don’t forget to bring your camera to make all your friends jealous of your resort vacation.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation.

Accommodations Tax (5%), State Sales Tax (7%), and $15 processing fee will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee of $85 will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
