on the back of Black Rock Mtn. State Park, you will fall in love with Laurel
Ridge. Wi-Fi just installed and ready for you to make
yourself at home. Decks, both open and covered encircle the home and features a sun deck
right off the Master Bedroom. This three bedroom three bath home has it all. The
Master Suite has a King Bed and bath. The main level of the house has a second
Master Suite with a Queen Bed. In addition, completely renovated Kitchen with
Stainless Steel Appliances and a pass through to the dining area where you have
a panorama of views. The Living Room with gas burning fireplace opens up to a
covered deck and more views. A small game room adjoins the Living Room. Checkers
anyone? The lower level has a family room with queen sleeper sofa and the third
bedroom (twin beds) and bath. Amenities include gas log fireplace, central air &
heat, satellite TV, washer & dyer, dishwasher, covered and open decks. Paved all the way to the house
where you can park you car in the garage or under a carport. Quiet, Peaceful and
Relaxing. Sorry No Smoking. You are close to three Georgia State Parks, and the towns
of Clayton, Mountain City, Rabun Gap and Dillard. Visit all the unique shops in
the area. After you have gone sightseeing, rafting, hiking or shopping, you will
be so happy to return to Laurel Ridge, your home away from home. Don’t forget

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions.

A Local
Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee of $125 will be charged for a normal clean-up and a $15 processing fee. . Excessive
cleaning and/or dirty dishes or garbage, will be charged to your credit card
