“Big View” vacation home. Sparrow’s Nest has absolutely everything you could
imagine. Enjoy the large expansive decks (both open and covered), outdoor
kitchen and tumbling waterfall. The spacious three level home has the Master
Bedroom (King Bed), bath, kitchen, great room, screened porch and covered
entrance on the main floor. Upstairs, is a loft with a Queen Sleigh Bed and game
tables, and bedroom with a Queen Bed and full bath. The lower level has a cozy
family room, bedroom with twin beds and full bath. Located between Clayton and
Dillard where you can shop the unique shops of both these quaint towns. Three
Georgia State Parks are a short drive away or
just relax and give your heart and soul a break.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for a normal clean-up and a $15 processing fee. Excessive
cleaning and/or dirty dishes or garbage, will be charged to your credit card
